    • The employees are kept busy with either fabricating in the shop or installing jobs out in the field.  We have four installation trucks out each day and one extra truck for deliveries.  Art Romano (General Manager/Project Manager) is in charge of truck crews and scheduling work to go out.  Tony Carrino (Shop Foreman) and Donnie Farmer (Assistant Foreman) are in charge of over-seeing all work that is done in the shop. The office staff consists of Richard E. Hagerman (President/Founder), Richard G. Hagerman (Vice-President/Commercial Estimator), Kenny Jemielity (Residential Estimator), Linda L. Hagerman (Secretary/Treasurer), Tammy Rivera (Vice President) and Michelle L. Hagerman (Office Manager).
