Rick's Iron Works is owned and operated by the Hagerman family. The business was started in our home in November of 1983. At that time, there were 3 employees: Rick, Linda, and one part-time helper.
In our first year of business, we grossed $49,000.00. Now, our business has 28 full-time employees and is housed in an 8800 square foot building with a half-acre fenced-in yard. Today, we are proud to announce, Rick's Iron Works is a million-dollar company.

Our Mission
Our mission is to serve our customers with the extensive knowledge and expertise we have gained in our industry, while continually offering them the finest in customer service. We also strive to ensure the complete satisfaction of every customer, while offering affordable but competitive rates.
Our Employees
Our employees are kept busy with either fabricating in the shop or installing jobs out in the field. We have 4 installation trucks out each day and one extra truck for deliveries.
Art Romano (General Manager/Project Manager) is in charge of truck crews and scheduling work to go out.
Donnie Farmer (Foreman) is in charge of overseeing all work that is done in the shop.
